Our Guarantee:
If any merchandise from COUNTRYDREAMSSHOP.COM fails to meet your expectations, we will take that merchandise back. All COUNTRYDREAMSSHOP.COM merchandise purchased online holds a 30-day money-back guarantee.  Excludes sale items.

Orders:
Most orders go out within 3 - 7 business days of receipt.  Please note that business days include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.  Allow 6 - 14 business days for delivery via UPS Ground.  Back-ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charges.  We will confirm shippment of your order via email.  Please provide your email address when checking out.  All orders are shipped UPS or USPS.  To track your UPS order, click here.

Not Included:
Unless specified, candles are not included with candle holders, flowers in containers are not included, bulbs are not included unless listed, etc.  We simply show you how to display our merchandise.  If an item is included, we will say so.

Sales Tax Information:
PA residents will be charged PA State sales tax of 6.0%.

Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  The following shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the continental USA. Your total amount will reflect these prices when you checkout with our shopping cart.

Return and/or Exchange Policy:
We hope you enjoy your purchase from COUNTRYDREAMSSHOP.COM .  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return the merchandise within 30 days to COUNTRYDREAMSSHOP.COM  Customer Service Returns, 1167 Reading Road, Bowmansville, Pennsylvania, 17507.  Enclose a copy of the Customer Invoice and a reason for the return or exchange.  Returns will be shipped back at your own cost.  If you are requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  Shipping charges and sale items are not refundable.

Damage in Transit:
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged.  If this happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately via phone or email.  Please open packages immediately and report any damages within 7 business days of reciept.
